The work includes creating a book that incorporates various graphic design artifacts. I design artifacts of vintage encyclopedia book covers and inner pages, maps, library photographs, annotated diaries, clippings from vintage The New York Times, parcels and stamps, maze designs, as well as the creation of graphic elements such as minerals, birds, fish, and architectural diagrams of Orbis Tertius, all from the perspective of a historical encyclopedist.” (2024)

Memories ItemsPoster and Album
Memory Items is a project in 2022, I removed the items from the photo and replaced them with a transparent layer. I recall and record the stories between objects and time according to the shapes. I use the album as a carrier to carry the photos I collect. I turn the items in my memories into transparent layers and put them in the photo album. Photo albums act as real objects and receive graphics of these objects from the memories. (2022)

I am thinking about the expression of images rather than the functional expression of physical object. I use cleaning stuff picture for the room. And I overlapping the cleaning stuff with the vacuum. Seems they have the same function. Because they all present themselves to be a cleaning supply. Sometimes we only need images. (2024)

Horizontal EdgePhotograph
The table is a common horizontal sight in our daily life, even if it is not horizontal, we consider it as a kind of “horizontal sight”. The sea and the sink top and other horizontal line make up the horizontal surfaces in our lives. I connect them so that these borders, which are not on the same level, can be harmonized as “horizontals”. I plan to put some life objects on top of the horizontal plane to explore the boundaries of vision. (2024)

I trace my hiking trails using with rubber bands, the closest link to those early years. Nature and childhood have inherent healing powers and combine together.
